Introduction:
The EPP code (Authorization Code) is required when you want to transfer your domain to another registrar. This guide will show you how to easily request the EPP code from your client area.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to the Client Portal
- Visit https://clients.nanresources.com.
- Log in with your email and password.
- Access Your Domain Management Section
- Once logged in, click on the Domains section to view all your active domains.
- Select the Domain of Interest
- Locate the domain you want to transfer and click on it to open the Domain Details page.On this page, you will see a menu similar to the image below:
- Click on Auth Info / EPP Key from the menu.
- Request the EPP Code
- You will be redirected to a page where you can request the code. The page will look like this:
- Click on the Request Auth Info / EPP Code button to initiate the request.
- Receive the Code
- Once requested, the EPP code will either be displayed on the screen or sent to your registered email address.
- Check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for the EPP code.
Important Notes:
- Ensure your domain is unlocked before requesting the EPP code. If it’s locked, you can unlock it from the same domain management page.
- If you do not receive the code within a few minutes, please contact support.
